Electronic files are available for download immediately. Speed of download is out of our control and dependent on your local Internet Service Provider and connection speed. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of DVDs. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, however we will replace damaged or malfunctioning DVDs within 30 days of purchase.
